Coffee Dog roasts only specialty grade Arabica coffee beans from around the world. The beans are selected from the top 4% of coffee crops produced. The green coffee beans are carefully stored in climate-controlled warehouses until they are shipped to The Coffee Dog Roastery.
The beans are meticulously roasted in small batches on-site at Coffee Dog. This small batch roasting is known as artisan roasting. Roasting in this manner allows the roastmaster to bring out the optimum flavor profile for each variety or blend. Careful monitoring and control of the roasting machine generates the best characteristic flavors and aromas.
Small batch roasting also helps guarantee that the coffees are sold ultra-fresh to the consumer. Grinding and brewing the coffee fresh will result in the finest coffee drinking experience.
